Booking Conditions
1. Bookings can be made by e-mail to info@theeuropeanclub.com or by telephone to 00-353-404-47415.
2. Enquire about the date and time best suited to your party giving the number of people involved.
We will respond offering the nearest available time and then you can make the booking.
3. You can book for up to 18-months ahead of your planned visit.
Names, handicaps and club affiliations of all visitors to be furnished at time of booking.
There is no handicap limit but players MUST be able to play at the pace of the links or, in any case, hold their place.
4. Full payment to be made by Mastercard, Visa, Laser or Bank Transfer at time of booking.
This is required to prevent speculative bookings.
5. Cancellations made more than 30-days before the booked game will receive a 80% refund.
There will be no refund for cancellations for any reason within 30-days of the booked date.
6. Play will be in groups of 4 insofar as numbers allow. Singles, twos and threes are welcome but may be paired together at
very busy times.
7. When paying by credit card you should furnish the Cardholder's name, card number, expiry date, 3-digit CCV number from
the back of the card, card billing address and authority to debit the agreed amount.
We will do everything we can to make you welcome and make your game a happy experience.
